Dtube: Promoting Dtube in Nigeria for Video Streaming lovers

Introduction

My delight in streaming videos, watching and downloading videos that I had to finally learn how to monetize it. Recently, I discovered a way to earn on simply uploading videos and this can be done via the steem blockchain through the dtube interface. I decided it will be of great benefit to others like me who enjoy streaming and downloading videos online to get rewarded for simply doing what they love and hence, I engaged in promoting and publicizing it on facebook social media platform to reachout to video streaming lovers around Nigeria.

Audience

A facebook social media promotion was created to publicize the dtube website and the promotion/publicity is capable of reaching over 10,000 people even up to 16,600 people of both gender with a specific age range of 18 to 65 and the area targeted was Nigeria.

Activity

In order to run this facebook social media publicity, I used my facebook page which I created for specifically promoting open source projects related to steemit and I made an ad on my facebook page called "Steemit On The Go" to introduce Dtube to the public. A link to the Dtube website was provided on the post to redirect users into the site.

Results

The post was made and made a rapid reachout to over 1000 people in less than a day and the promotion is still running reaching out to more . The post has over 450 people who liked the post as which is an amazing result. Other engagements were made to find out moe about the dtube website and the due process required.
