Lets Show USD Value of Posts - When Hovering Above SBD Post Pay Amount! To make it easier for new visitors to see the big rewards posts are getting
I came up with this idea of showing the USD Value of Posts, when people hover over the SBD Posts value, so that new visitors to the platform can realize the real rewards people are getting in fiat. In this way, we leave the SBD posts amounts as they are now, just add a king of baloon interface that calculates the estimated value in USD at the time of hovering.
We have to take into consideration that many of this people that find steemit and see the site for the first time, do not know much about cryptocurrency in general, many have only listened to the main media saying non-sense about bitcoin and other cryptos, so we need to show them what Steem, SBD, and steemit really are, so that they see a complete different view on what they have been listening.
2 Main Reasons for adding the optional USD Value on Posts Payouts
Reason 1:
The rewards are one of the inviting things to try the platform (and for many to start in the cryptocurrency world), so that is why I believe showing the USD value in posts will help a lot.
Reason 2:
I believe this will also help steemians to understand more about the breakout of payments in general.
If there is a fast way to do it the way I show it the image below (showing estimated values before the payout time), displaying the following
a- The estimated SBD (50%).........and next to it, partial amount In USD
b- The estimated SP (50%)..........and next to it, partial amount In USD
c- Total in USD

Sounds like a wonderful idea. Otherwise most of the people (including me) really find it to either understand or explain what it means to have Steem or Steem Dollars. Steem equivalent to USD could really be a great inspiring factor.
