The Github repository linked to the submission post must contain the project’s source code, a readme file with usage and install instructions and an appropriate open source license, or be directly connected to such a repository.

Could you explain why there is two different github accounts with steem accounts working on the same logo?

In relation to the test of whether the PO accepted the contribution, the communication we had was through Discord, provide a history of conversations held with him and where I accept each correction made. Regarding the source code and the readme file with the instructions for use and installation and an open source license for the project, I did not know about that point in order to make my contributions, I think I did not see that item within the utopic rules.

hello, this was before your guidelines, of explicit requests, and also he did ask me before putting in the work. His work was up to the mark and quick. There were github screwups, you can check then in the steemer repo, some will be there and the rest will be in the play store graphics,
