A contribution must contain ...benefits of your work to the project owner.

• The logo was not requested by the project owner.
• I dont see many benefits over their existing design.

Suggestion

• The rules in utopian have changed, make sure that your next contribution has been requested by the owner, otherwise it will be rejected.
• Be sure that your logo design has more benefit over their existing design for project owner
