Nice idea, but views can also happen from the internet (thus from outside of steemit). So your proposal cant work. Greetings from Munich, Germany to Nigeria. I'm glad to see that steemit is being used in your country, too.

Hello @freiheit50 it can work. Any view outside Steemit can be recorded as unknown-user or unregistered-user. For those on steemit that viewed it, their usernames can appear on the view drop down icon, just like that of the vote. Thank you. Greetings from Lagos, Nigeria to you over there in Germany.
