Your contribution cannot be approved because it is a duplicate. It is very similar to a contribution that was already accepted here.

the file you are working on: tutorials.po went to 72% in your first post and to 89% in your second. in the third it has not changed but you still claim to have translated.
I had already accepted the other post as valid so am refusing this one.

I appreciate your effort in maintaining the quality of the ecosystem but I think you have been confused.
The contributions are similar but they are NOT the same.
