I was able to replicate the crash just as you have described. I also noticed that even without you changing the server to the one mentioned here, turning off the data connection before restarting the app makes it load for a while and then crash.

I think this crash happens when there is no connection to the server/node. Which is either as a result of no data connection or the specified node being inaccessible like in the case of this report..

I appreciate the fact that you waited for the PO's acknowledgement of the bug before posting. This is very good practice. Also, the steps you provided were easy to follow.

Do you know providing a logcat with a crash report greatly aids the PO in the error detection? It also increases your reward score. You should try this in your next report :)
