I was able to reproduce the behavior you experienced. Below is my feedback:

1. The title you provided was sufficient, the steps were very clear. I could follow through without fuss.
2. The video directive was easy to follow and complimented the text. It could have been shorter, but the steps were properly recieved all the same.
3. I see you have not included a technical analysis nor have you proposed a fix to the issue. Adding these to your future reports would increase the scores you get. You should give it a go in your next contribution :)
