I can see the PO has labelled this a bug. Must have been an oversight on the developers' part, using 50/50 payout for power up and decline payment.

Though recently, the 50/50 payout option is spread thin between sbd, steem and steem power, with steem power taking a higher percentage.

While this behavior constitutes a strange user experience and may be confusing to the user, the displayed pending payout does not in any way alter the chosen reward option or its distribution at the time of payout.

1. The post follows the Utopian convention. The expected and actual behavior were written in clear language, so were the steps.
2. There was no attempt here, to pinpoint the cause of the error, neither have you proposed a fix. You can include those to your future contributions to get higher scores.
