Doesn't the new section already take care of this?
I have the feeling that such an idea would only work with tags that are very little used.
Otherwise you would just get the same problems as with the new tag. such as: so many content, that almost none reads yours.
'New' section only shows new posts. That is why I suggested, if this is considered, the older the post, it should first appear on top. It should also apply on each 'tag' and on posts of 'people you followed' only.
