I am sorry but I have to reject it now. We try to encourage people to come with new and useful projects that have the future in front of them.

The given app has simple functionality which could be seen in other projects too. The idea is also not original as you mentioned it yourself, you got the idea from another user, even though they wrote it in another language. You can continue working on it and once there is more functionality and features, you are welcome to write about it in Utopian.

You should also write an informative readme file and to have it complete, you should include a licence too.
