If you plan to make a tutorial series with a github repository:
You must post on the correct category. (tutorials) The category you have selected is blog posts. And it's impossible to move from blog posts to another category.
You must feature open-source projects in the series.

As we've talked on Discord, thank you for your comment and time spent on reviewing.
I was walking in the dark with this, so I am not questioning the decision. I will submit next parts as tutorials, but this one will remain as is.
I don't mind it being rejected as Utopian wasn't the reason to write it :)
