I am glad to read that because I believe that tutorials in general are a very important feature of Utopian. Sure, we must reduce the room for abuse and should narrow it down somehow. But explaining tutorials are a very popular content and important way to help people understand different programs. A tutorial for technical details on the other hand might have value to a few developers but in general to nobody else.
I guess this is one of the borders where we are drifting away from open source development and the possibilities of a Steem-based content powerhouse like Utopian.
The question is: Where do we draw the line?
