Utopian-io Bot v2.0 Analysis : Daily Top 10 - Steemit Business Intelligence
Welcome to @utopian-i's daily top 10 where you get the latest news analysis of contributions to utopian.io.
1. Scope of Analysis
- Posts were acquired on Nov. 21, 2017 0401H UTC using steemsql by @arcange.
- Data extracted was from
2017-11-20 1227H UTCto2017-11-21 0043H UTC. - There were a total of 109 contributions made by 87 accounts.
- Only contributions upvoted by the bot were considered. Downvotes and unvotes were excluded.
- Only upvotes on top-most contributions were included. Upvotes on comments were not.
- Contributions were spread across 52 repositories.
2. Contributions By App

There were three applications used to submit contributions - steemit.com,
utopian.io and esteem.
81 contributions (74%) were made through utopian.io, 27 contributions (25%) through steemit.com, and 1 contribution (1%) through esteem.
2.1. Were Any Posts Really Submitted Through steemit.com?
Posts marked as contributions from steemit.com most probably were posts initially submitted through utopian.io, then updated in steemit.
An example is this post from @flauwy - "Steemy EP. 40: How to get a Bonus Upvote from Busy.org".
Based on this transaction, the app was "app":"utopian/1.0.0" and then eventually was updated through this transaction which updated the app to "app":"steemit/0.1".
3. Contributions Per Category

All-time, ideas category still top other categories with a total of 605 contributions.
On the previous analysis, the top 3 categories were ideas, tutorials, and translations. For this round, it's ideas, bug-hunting, and tutorials.
Bug-hunting has moved to 2nd from 5th in the previous round.
