[Utopian Dev] Add Wallet Transfer

This is another installment for porting the busy wallet to Utopian.

New Features

  • Wallet Transfer

Added the Transfer action to the wallet's right side bar.

  • image.png

The actual Transfer modal component to handle the transfer action, including validations.

Added support (exchange validation) for binance - steemit account @deepcrypto8.
