add "REF and FWD" buttons in VLC application

VLC is an open source application to play videos or movies, this application also supports various video and audio formats, I think this application is very good to play various videos because it supports various formats, complete no less cool with other applications and easy to understand, unfortunately this app does not have "REF & FWD" button, of course the constraints for users of this application, because without this button users of this application can not speed up or skip their video.

Proposal

We recommend adding the "REV & FWD" button next to the "PREV & NEXT" button or app where the VLC app wants, so users of this app can skip the video as per the user's wish.

Benefits

Benefits with the "REF & FWD" button can instantly skip / speed up the user's video, because without the "REF & FWD" button, the user is hard to get through / speed up the video, because the "REV & FWD" button can skip video minutes as per the user's wish. my request to add "REV & FWD" buttons for the convenience of users in playing their videos, making it very useful for app users who will watch videos or movies in VLC apps.
