Include Voice Recorder Tab in Rocket.Chat

Rocket.Chat is an open source chat solution that is making new waves in patronage as many new users are queuing into using the app presently.
Many users in chat solution due to one reason or the other prefer sending voice records instead of typing their messages as many believe that its both time saving and more detailing to send their voice records.
The virtually impaired also will leverage on the record options to send their messages across without much problems,
Problem
Rocket.Chat presently does not include the record tap. And many users tend to be discouraged from using this app as the either lacks the capacity to type the messages or feels far more comfortable to simply record and send the messages that typing.

Suggestion
Including the record tap will go a long way in helping many user of Rocket.Chat open chat solution to feel more comfortable using the app.
