Add Share to Discord in Utopia.io

Introduction
Discord at present is among the most used tool as far as socialization is concerned. Many groups meet mainly in discord to discuss, plan and socialize. Some groups also use the discord platform to teach new members as the platform is broad to accommodate users than other social networks.

Problem
Presently, there is no a direct share tap in the utopian.io homepage to allow users to share their posts links to their friends and groups in discord, as most groups, including our own utopian.io have dedicated channels where post links for different categories are shared and or promoted. This has caused some inconveniences to us

Suggestion
Add a share tap to discord in the list of other social networks currently listed in utopian.io to give users an easy access to share and promote their post in discord without much stress, as some users who may have to visit their utopian.io blog, copy the link of the post they intended to share or promote on discord and close their utopian page before going to access their discord account to share their links

Conclusion
The addition of this feature will enhance visibility of utopian.io as some users who cannot promote their posts on discord before now will leverage of the new feature if added to promote utopian community and also socialize. Again creation of this tab will also bring moderators and users closer.
