I didn't originally intend to review this post, as I am featured in it quite substantially. But the other active moderator for the category is currently unavailable, and we didn't want it to have to wait any longer.

This is an odd post for me to review. Both as it talks about me, and as it is not quite the sort of post we're usually looking for. In fact, I realize the use of the "blog" and "utopian-io" tags may well have been because you were writing about Utopian's Blog category, not because you intended to write it to the category. The post isn't about an open source project, except Utopian itself. It is, however, a very positive and informative post, which I liked a great deal.

I will say that once the new guidelines and questionnaire come out, you will need to study them carefully. Word count is going to be de-emphasized, exactly because we don't want people to write to meet a certain word count for reward. We want people's best work, and that can come at a variety of lengths.
