You should give the logomark some space to breathe, just make the logo mark a little bit smaller.
for the logotype it is not minimal as you stated, try some well know font such as montserrat or futura or avangard, those are modern logorype.
there is a part that was not shaped smoothly in the logomark, make sure to pay more atention on detail like this.
