This seems to support my general sense of the "whale lottery," which I first observed by the fact that as my followers went from 0 to 7000 and my Steem Power from 0 to almost 5000, and my reputation from 25 up to 69, that my earnings seemed to be quite similar, and mostly dependent on whether one of a handful of whales upvote my posts.
