What feature(s) did you add?

steemg is an online collection app for steem contests. There are plenty of contests on Steem, while it is difficult to pick out the hottest one. Therefore I added a new webpages to steemg: an overview page, which ranks the activity of the contests and visualized them in a friendly way.

Currently two images are displayed:

The first one displays and ranks the post number of each contest in the latest 7 days.

The second one displays and ranks the post number of each contest from the beginning to present.

Therefore, the overview page could serve as a simple summary of the contests.

Furthermore, two more pages for the CN self-introduction (cn-gaokao) activity and the CN Higher Education Exam (cn-gaokao) contest were added, marked in the first image in this post , with the similar structure to other contests.

How I implemented them?

I added a self-defined function in global.R, configuration in /www/contests.csv, some data processing codes in server.R, and some web elements in the ui.R. Link to relevant lines in the code on GitHub is displayed in the newest commit:

Thanks for the review and the comment. I feel the same, but there seems no way to avoid it. My task request on improving the codes was rejected by utopian and nobody could lend a hand:
