Add schedule post and favourite author feature to get notifications on steemia app.

Components

Steemia has some good features however there are still some features which need to be added to steemia.
My suggestion is regarding the submitting of posts and the authors.
The features in focus here are schedule post and favourite authors.

Proposal

Schedule Post

My first suggestion is about schedule posts which are being used more often by steemians.
Scheduling a post means to publish your post at the time you want it to be posted when you are not online.
You are required to select the time and date and the post gets published automatically.
Steemia does not have this feature therefore I am suggesting the inclusion of this feature.

Ability to add an author as favourite

There are some authors whose content you want to see and comment/upvote first.
Implementation of this feature should come along with notifications so that whenever our favourite authors post, we get notified.
There can be a separate filter for the favourite authors. Like we have hot, trending and new category on steemia, we can have favourite category as well.

Mockups / Examples

This is how schedule post feature should look like and after clicking on this option, the following pop up should appear :

The above screenshot shows that you can select the time at which you want to post.
It could be made better by giving users the ability to choose their own time instead of the above hourly option.

Example of second feature:

Clicking on this favourite author option should add the author to our favourite list.

Benefits

Schedule post feature will help users to select the time they want their post to be published. Many authors don't have time to publish their posts at a particular time and some authors just look for the best time for posting but different time zones might not help their cause, that is where this feature will come into play and let authors choose their time of posting.

Favourite author feature will let the users know when their favourite author publishes a new post they can immediately get engaged with them.
This feature will help save time of the users who constantly keep searching for new posts from their favourite authors.
