STEEM and SBD directly integrated in OpenBazaar
The benefits of having Steem / SBD users having an open sourced decentralized marketplace to be able to share their goods and services not only within the Steemit, Busy, Zappl, etc markets, seems like it would be mutually beneficial for anyone not already using both networks.
Currently the model of OpenBazaar allows funding of coins other than Bitcoin using a built in Shapeshift mechanism, and I have personally used both Changelly and Blocktrades using both Steem and SBD to make purchases on the OpenBazaar network. I could of course set up a way to be paid out in either Steem or SBD through tools, however, to have Steem or SBD as a direct integration within that program would be a nice badge for Steem itself within the app.
OB1 developer Brian Hoffman tweeted the other day
"We currently have two groups working on other coin support for OpenBazaar, zcash and Bitcoin Cash and constantly doing research. We aren’t sitting still!"
This could, and should, be some Steem developers in on this too. Submitting this request of visibility to Utopian in hopes the right people will see this. From just a user side of things, anything making the world of cryptocurrency easier for all is always a big draw. Steemit has helped making blogging and payment of that an easy and direct thing for all, having Steem and SBD be an earlier adopter of an app that is attempting to be coin agnostic would definitely be a neat draw of other users to the world of Steem.

I'd love to see this happen so bad! I would like to simply use SBD or Steem as the traded currency, however. No fees, instant confirmation, you can't beat it.
Didn't Open Bazaar just enter 2.0 or something?
I agree with the fees and confirmation reasons among so many others, to have SBD and Steem in a drop down place somewhere in the app where not only can I spend but receive payment as well. OpenBazaar 2.0 is came out of Beta and is doing awesome

Cool, I haven't looked at Open Bazaar in like a year or so. I've never used it, just kinda browsed around a little bit. Hopefully they get some way to keep drugs and weapons and stuff off of there though. I heard that some people were trying to use it for that kinda stuff, not cool! I never saw anything like that though. Not good for the movement!
It would be cool to see it rise up like a crypto flea market or eBay or something. I just wonder how it's all going to be moderated and all that? I have some brushing up to do for sure. Don't really understand OB to be honest! Gotta delve in there haha.
