@lokomotion, this is an amazing contribution! Great work!!! I guess I have to read it a couple of times to really reflect on all the points you've shown. Your "hard fork valley" should be around HF17+18. HF19 with the switch to linear rewards was then at the end of your "mountain top 1" in June 2017. I'm honestly not very familiar with the situation before HF19, so I can't comment much on this. Reward payouts in STEEM are currently back as well and are related to the SBD print rate AFAIK.
