Dear @juecoree, I'm rejecting your contribution because I think your methods don't allow you to draw conclusions about the profitability of resteems and your results are highly misleading. In order to evaluate the effect of resteems the total number of resteems in relation to the
net payout is not sufficient. You would have to look into the number of votes received from followers of the resteemer that are not following the original author. Did you have a look into the accounts in your lists? Your top 100 resteemed user list is lead be the biggest spammers of steem in 2017, most of which are actively followed and
flagged by @mack-bot. By posting a "contribution" every 10 minutes the chances of somebody resteeming it are significantly increased. Their rewards are mostly generated by self-voting and upvote-bots.
