Thanks, @abh12345! Absolutely, the TRs are being used already and are a great tool for project owners to let people know what the projects need. A major point in getting non-Steem-related projects to Utopian is the new front-end, which is supposed to be available in the next couple of weeks. With that in place wider advertising campaigns can be considered, and I'm sure a couple of people in Utopian are already working hard on this.
