Introduction
This is my 2nd contribution in Joomla! CMS and I started my translation on the file entitled "xx-XX.plg_system_cache" this file is under “ini” to "xx-XX.plg_system_languagefilter" this file under "sys.ini". For twelve files, I translated 1,144 words.
