Thank you for the review @favcau. I agree with you that the aim of dpoll is decentralization and transparency, which I also mentioned in the post. However, the aim is not totally bridged with the proposed idea. At least partly in line.

if only the creator of the poll will see who voted, then he/she could manipulate the poll with an army of bots
