Couldn't edit comment; Initial comment replaced

Expected behaviour
I expected to see the comment I wanted to edit when I clicked the edit button, and I didn’t expect to see my main comment replaced when I clicked the update button.
Actual behaviour
When I clicked on the edit button to edit my comment on a post, it displayed an empty box and the comment I wanted to edit wasn’t displayed. When I typed in some words and clicked the updated button, the words replaced the initial comment I wanted to edit. I.e. The comment I tried to edit was wiped and replaced with a new one.
How to reproduce
Download the app from Google play store
Launch the app and log in with your Steem account.
Find any of your comment on any post
Click on the edit button below your comment,
an empty box will open without the comment you want to edit.Type anything and update. It will replace the initial comment with the new typed words.

I can see the PO has acknowedged the report. The behavior is exactly as you described, clicking the edit button clears the previous text and shows a blank editor and then whatever is entered replaces the previous submitted comment.
