Utopian-io - Proposal to add a new section for guidelines : translations of documentations.
Context :
Translation of the documentation of open-source project is an important work
Proposal for a new section in the Utopian-io guidelines to reward translaters:

Make a new translation section in the editor-templates
Translate a chapter of the documentation and make a post on your Steemit blog with the translation
Paste/copy the translation on the wiki of the project
Make a post to indicate the link to the translated documents to the Utopian curators
Indicate the Github of the project
use the tags : utopian-io translation-french (translation-spanish ….)
to indicate in which langage the doc has been translatated, so specialised curators can check the work.
Reward :
Utopian-io should decide the price for x translated characters, for example, 2 steems per page

i reviewed your contributions here and the feature you are suggesting is not related to to a technical aspect , also utopian already have a translation category where people can help translate open source projects , ( the category was suspended because of the high amount of abuse on it , but we are working on fixing that , and the category will be back soon )
