Hello although the issue also shows in my device , the app from F-droid is not the latest one .

To be considered for potential reward, submissions should only relate to bugs on the latest released version of the application. Users may need to download and build the latest version to ensure that they run the latest build provided in the project repository.

And as the PO said, depending on how music is added to the phone a reboot after adding the music may be necessary to trigger the media manager to rescan.
