1. Your text content contains many grammatical errors. Please be sure to check your text carefully in your next contribution.
2. You audio is very quiet. Please move closer to your microphone while speaking. This will increase the volume of your voice without increasing the background noise.
3. Consider include some screen capture images from the software in the text of your post to help illustrate concepts for your learners.
