you made a good suggestion but there is a direct mention of an account in you post which is against utopian rule.. Quickly make adjustment and reply to this comment.
@bob-elr I just removed the "@" from utopian-io , was that the one you were referring to?

@bob-elr I just got an @utopian-io vote less than 1%. Is this normal? I made 20 other contributions and my lowest was 3 or 4%. I even got one close to 10%.
And I think this one was even better than several previous ones.

Misusing the mentions by mentioning other Steem/Utopian users without an obvious reason will lead to rejection.
Sorry to call you out on this publicly but when our moderators reject valid contributions because they don't know the rules it really, really annoys me. Go read our rules before an action is taken against you for incompetence.
