Suggestion on additional features on eSteem application.

This contribution is on some features that need to be added to the eSteem app. Below is a view of the section that needs improvement.

On the above screenshot is the username, info about the user, reputation point, total number of posts till date, number of followers, number of accounts being followed, number of recent upvotes, location and date.

However we shall be focusing on the following which I believe is essential to the eSteem app giving us a feel of what we have on Steemit.com. These are:

• Number of followers.

• Number of account being followed.

These areas are underlined below:

It is important to note that all the underlined are not active, you click on any of these and you do not get any response.

This is in sharp contrast with what is obtainable on the Steemit website as shown for:

• accounts being followed
  
• number of followers

Why are these features important

It is essential that these features are active and lead us to number of followers and accounts being followed because of PHISHING ACCOUNTS that abound on Steemit. It is interesting to note that I lost a dollar to a phishing account when trying to boost my post with randowhale at the onset of my sojourn on Steemit.

These fraudulent individuals have created accounts similar to the actual accounts to deceive unsuspecting Steemians.

However if these features are active you can directly click on it to be sure its the real account you are following or being followed. Accounts such as sweetsssj( I hope I have the right one) have so many phishing accounts that are similar to it.

This will enable individuals to double check before engaging or transacting with such phishing accounts.
