Utopian.io delegation
I just delegated 5000 SP to Utopian.io. We pay bounties for issues at the bitshares-ui GitHub site. It's a fairly tedious and manual process. I'd like to eventually be able to set bounties and have them picked up and paid by Utopian.io. Looking forward to tracking this project as it moves forward.

@billbutler do you think you can expand this idea? I think I am interested in understanding how you imagine the flow for this to happen. Why only 5k? You gave >7k to the @minnowbooster. I think you should make it at least 8k that you give to Utopian.
I gave 29k to minnowbooster and canceled it last week.
There isn't an obligation to give anything.
