[Translation] [Russian] [Node.js] [Part III - 2238 words]

in utopian-io •  5 days ago

This is the third part of my Russian translation of Node.js for the Da Vinci/Utopian project.

Project details

Node.js is a software platform based on the V8 engine (translating JavaScript into machine code), which turns JavaScript from a highly specialized language into a general-purpose language. Node.js adds the ability of JavaScript to interact with I/O devices through its API (written in C ++), connects other external libraries written in different languages, providing calls to them from JavaScript code.

This is the third part of my Russian translation of the Node.js project. Two more pages have been translated this time. The translation is done string by string. It was a very informative part of code translation. I hope I could do it as accurately as possible. I am looking forward to translating more of this software project.

There are 2238 words in this part.
Words in target language – 2075.
This part contained a lot of untranslated code as well.

Such as: Node.js, V8, C ++, JavaScript, etc.
I got to know about many interesting things, like the LIFO and FIFO methods. There was a string, for example
“Callbacks are run in last-in first-out order.”
Which was translated like that
“Функции обратного вызова запускаются в соответствии с принципом LIFO (когда последние добавленные данные обрабатываются первыми).”
I decided to provide not only the translation but the explanation of the method as well.

Hello @bell1982,

Thank you for your contribution.

This is your third contribution to the Node.js project and the fifth contribution in total.

There are more than 2000 words in this part. Most of the translation is accurate and easy to understand. There were a few typos though.
I also would suggest sticking to one chosen translation within the text.

Your presentation is clear. Thank you for taking into consideration my suggestions.

I’m looking forward to your next contribution.
