Steemit UI/UX enhancement suite bug fixes and feature update

Bug Fixes

• Resteem button was misaligned when there was no category dropdown on smaller screen sizes.

• Resteem button and post values were disappearing when switching to panel view.
  A listener was added to detect this change and reapply the DOM additions.

• Newly loaded posts when scrolling down sometimes did not correctly filter out or the price.
  jQuerry initialize plugin was added to better detect new DOM elements and call the update functions. commit 1 commit 2

• Popup had spacing issues depending if it appeared for post or comment. Css was written to set fixed line height properties so they are not inherited from parent elements.

• Extension now has a new icon and visual style.
