Contributions on task request repeat on all categories

Expected Behavior

It is expected of the app that when a user checks each category of a repository, it should display them properly

Actual Behavior

well, turns out that when a task request is clicked, and then user decides to check the other categories such that it displays every contributions in the category it displays what's on the task request category also on the remaining categories.
If a task request is empty on a particular repository, and then user decides to check the remaining categories, it keep displaying empty on every category of the same repository if the task request is clicked first

NOTE : To be able to replicate this bug, the task request should be clicked first

NB : I used the repository of utopian-io and also busy.org as a case study

How to produce the bug

• log on to utopian
• search for a repository
• beneath the contributions made keep checking all categories
• now touch the task request category first, then touch the remaining categories
• it'll keep displaying what on the task request categories on the remaining categories.
  if no contribution has been made on the task category it will keep displaying that result on the remaining categories
