Details
A web application created by @iqbalhood to help small hospitals or clinics to have a basic information system. It has a system of recording medical records and structured administration for small scale hospitals and clinics.

I had already communicated with @iqbalhood and had messaged a propasal at discord and as an issue on github.
Logo/Avatar Specifications as said by @iqbalhood
A logo that describe the hospital information system with SHIS letter (Abbreviations of SampleHIS )
Make sure your typography is readable and can be seen clearly
The logo should be made with .png format and vector format .svg/.pdf/.eps for easy to use for screen media and print media

Benefits / Improvements
For this project I hap applied all the things that the Project Owner wants, and as it will really fit for the project because, it has a striking appeal to the viewers as the cross in the middle has been done intricately, I had already talked with Project Owner and had applied the changes he want to achieve, like changing the earplugs design from just a circle to this one. Also I had added another version for font as requested by the Project Owner.

In creating my work, I mainly used Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 for making the design as it produces vector outputs and not pixel based like Adobe Photoshop. I only used Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 for the mockups.

At first i thought of having the text apart but, I changed my mind and make it closer and now it looks better.
