The autonomy given to projects nowadays is very interesting. It enables projects to individually design their own uniqueness and reward members for their faithfulness and contribution. We are already in an age where internet users make money while they use internet services. Thus improving themselves and also improving online services. Online projects that do not give incentives to users are gradually getting unseen and obsolete. I believe this was what informed Smart Media Token from the almighty steemit and Initial Coin Offering. You literally will not find any new project without the two. Projects which are built on the steem blockchain are already taking the leap to acquire their own token. One of the leads is the whaleshares which is still growing. I believe Zappl should not be left out in this new development.

Smart Media Token for zappl

I suggest that Zappl acquire their own Smart media Token and name it Zapcoin this will in no wise affect the mode of operation negatively. It will only make it more unique. Zappl will be able to determine it own worth in the coin market which will challenge it to do more. I believe it challenging oneself, that is why i am giving this idea, it will only make the platform better while it ensures quality and push down and out, low quality and plagiarism. I suggest that there be an ICO (though zappl is already in operation) to allow investors from all around to purchase the token.

Some benefits of acquiring SMT for Zappl includes:

• It will open Zappl to top investors on the internet through an Initial Coin Offering, which will further improve the platform and bring it to the top in a very short time.
• It will give Zappl the total autonomy to determine it own worth in the coin market. Zappl worth may no longer be totally dependent on the worth of steem and SBD
• This means more money for the devs of zappl, as they may have the largest of the shares as the inventor.

Social Media Linking for Zappl

For visibity i suggest that zappl find a way to link all users social media accounts like facebook and twitter in such a way that each post on zappl will be visible on other social medias. Take for example twitter, users on twitter can link their posts to facebook so that there posts on twitter will be visible in the news feed and it will be indicated on facebook that the post is coming from twitter. (Screenshot below)

I suggest that posts that will appear on social media should carry the zappl link (just like posts that are from twitter to facebook shows that the post is coming from twitter):

Benefit of Social media account linking

It will give zappl more visibility on other social medias which will invite more users and overall, increase the worth of the platform.

Email and news delivery

I suggest that there is an option on zappl.com that enable users to choose if they want email updates. I suggest that zappl send newsletter and notifications periodically to users so as to keep them up to speed about happenings on zappl.com. Facebook , twitter and other social medias send periodic notifications to users to update them

Benefits of email notifications

• This will help users who are away or inactive to quickly connect back to zappl
• It will keep users updated about the platform in case of updates.

I believe these ideas when implemented will improve the services of zappl.com
