Zappl: a legacy?

Good day all, i believe that the value or measure of greatness of a man or project is not actually in how big the project is. It is in how greatly it has impacted others. Microblogging is one area of internet service that anyone has come to truly understand and fully make exploit from it. Zappl gives the opportunity to get rewarded for microblogging. But the good work of zappl is not yet complete if it does not vest it greatness into users such that the name zappl is minted in their hearts. I believe there are a lot of things that zappl can do to add value (make great) to users and that will be the major target of the idea i am submitting today to this end that all steemians come to see zappl as a way of life and not just an app or website.
Suggestion
I suggest that zappl rewards all users of zappl with upvotes and this upvote should be based on the quality of each post added through zappl. I understand perfectly that zappl inculcate the habit of upvoting and rezapping the best post each day but i feel they could do better. I believe zappl could upvote all posts that is coming through the zappl website and app. How?:
- Zappl can source or seek for delegation from the top members of the steem planet. This can be done by submitting a proposal to them on why zappl is important to increase the quality on the steem planet. And then to call the general public.
- Zappl could have a curation trail which will automatically improve the size of the upvotes.
I am suggesting that zappl have a backend team which will see to assure the quality of the post to be curated.
I believe that when zappl begins to upvote all posts it will automatically invite almost all steemians to get involved, then it attract all internet users.

Utopian.io, the manager open-source economy, rewards every approved posts and in two months it has approved and upvoted more than two thousand posts (2000). This was possible solely because of delegation.
I suggest that zappl start a campaign solely for this cause and in no time the whole steemit planet will be there, then the ‘upvote all' policy may stop. That way zappl becomes a legacy and not just a name

Zappl currently upvotes almost all content coming thru the site. But as you stated we don't have the power yet. Were currently working on some deals to try and get @zappy working.
