• To be considered for potential reward, commits should not be older than 14 days

What this means is that we only evaluate commits made in the last 14 days - in your case the entire project was pushed 26 days ago.

Also, I would recommend that you add an actual license file to the repository and also read the rest of our guidelines. I look forward to seeing your contributions in the future!
