There are quite a lot of weather forecast applications out there already. I am pretty sure every phone comes with one included, and a quick Google search also shows plenty of open source ones, like:

• forecastie: A simple, opensource weather app for Android
• good-weather: Open source weather app for Android

Because of this your project doesn't really provide any unique value to the open source community, so I would recommend thinking of something else or creating a pull request on one of the many already existing apps.
