For the marine:
Small shrimp fish = 400 g
Yellow = 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder = 2 teaspoons (you can give normal dry chillies if you want, in that case, give a little more quantity) and
Salt = Like the taste.
Method
First wash the shrimps and shake the water. Then keep all the ingredients for 15 minutes on the marine.
For spices:
Fenugreek = little
Mustard grain = 1 teaspoon
Ginger basa = one and a half tablespoon
Garlic bowl = one and a half tablespoon spoon a little more
Curry leaves = 1/2
Kashmiri chilli = 2 teaspoons (if you want, you can give a normal dry chilli powder, in that case, give a little more quantity)
Vinegar = little
Yellow powder = 1 teaspoon and
Oil = 4 table spoons.
Procedure:
-Make a paste of fenugreek seeds, dry chilies, turmeric powder and a little water. Then wait till the oil is hot with the oil in the pan.
-If the oil gets hot then take the marinated shrimps fishes with golden color.
- Now give the same amount of mustard seeds in the oil.
-Grate the curry leaves and ginger-garlic fried with the bowl. - Keep stirring it with fried chili paste.
-When the oil separates from spice, mix it with fried shrimp, vinegar and salt like taste.
-Turn off the oven when it starts to boil. Serve hot while applying shrimps.
-The diameter of the shrimp fish became appetizing.
Note: If you want, you can keep the refrigerator in the air tight container and keep it for a few days.
