Utopian-io GIF contest : 3rd and Final Entry

okay guys i'm back with my final entry for the contest and BOOM!!! here it is

it's awesome right?! yeah i made it with Giphy buh this time i did it with my PC so i'm gonna drop the screenshots for step by step tutorial

you click on Choose PHOTO or GIF... and then

You Select your desired Image

You then click on +Add images to add diffrent coloured utopian-io logos

You then add your coloured logos and set the timer for it to change colour

You then choose your filters

And then add your Tags and upload your GIF
