How to Install NodeJs on Windows OS

This tutorial should work for all latest versions of windows (7,8 & 10).

Step 1:

Go to https://nodejs.org
You'll see something like this below:

After Clicking this, the msi will get downloaded

STEP 2:

Double Click on the .msi download file to install.

After doing this it should prompt you to start installation.

STEP 3:

Follow The Installation Prompts

Click next

**Click Next **

Click Next

Click Next

** Click Next**

** Hold On While It Installs**

**Hold On As it Installs **

Successfully Installed, Click FINISH

Now it's time to check if its truly installed.

STEP 4:

Go to Command Prompt

Then test if Node and NPM has been installed by typing the following :

node -v

npm -v

If it has been installed , it will return the version number like this below:

By now, nodejs has been installed. Code On!!!!.
