SteemMakers logo & banner design contest #3

The logo was made close to one of @jefpatat suggestion.

Made a new banner from the 1st one but this time I think it's 10 times better and more expressive and 2 type of Logos that go well with the Banner.

If you check my profile (I have the banner set there), or zoom inside the picture, you'll see that I tryed to represent a blockchain this time different from my first post, I removed all the devices, I added 2 boxes with some binary inside that represeant the blockchain cryptography and under the Steemmakers name (which I think looks very nice with white-orange on that darkish blue) 3 quality badges that represent the quality of steemmakers, I think you could call it a filter for quality only, and I have added more people behind with opacity to show a little depth.
The new thing about this banner, which on the 1st one didn't do that well is that the word Steemmakers is not that wide and it will be visible even on lower resolution and mobile phones, on the 1st one people couldn't read the whole word on small resolutions.

Small proof that I made those, here is how easy is to make this banner, I didn't make it exactly as the one above because it takes time, I showed you how I made the background/icons/text you just need to tweek them and add the lines to look better. You don't need layers in illustrator because you can group elements so you can move/acces them easy.
