I created my second utopian gif, to enter the utopian gif contest, I created it using adobe photoshop and gif using photoscape ...
following the process :
step 1 sketch wings
step 2 adjust size
step 3 take part wings
step 4 coloring
... finish coloring
step 5 using text
finish without text
...
