Translation Phalcon Website Part III : Into Indonesian Langueage

I will continue the Phalcon Website translation project part III, which starts from 79% translation to 82%, and I translate it in 592 words, in en.json file into Bahasa Indonesia.

• PHQL adalah tingkat-tinggi, dialek SQL berorientasi-objek yang memungkinkan untuk menulis query menggunakan bahasa SQL-like menstandardisasi. PHQL diimplementasikan sebagai parser (ditulis dalam C) yang menerjemahkan sintaks sesuai dengan target RDBMS. Untuk mencapai kinerja setinggi mungkin, Phalcon menyediakan parser yang menggunakan teknologi yang sama dengan SQLite.
